SCHEDULE OF CLASSES
Classes are generally held from mid-August until end of May, affording a minimum of twenty-five (25) one-hour weekly sessions.

Sessions are held once a week:
TUESDAY CLASSES – 3:45 – 4:45 pm
WEDNESDAY CLASSES – 3:45 – 4:45 pm
THURSDAY CLASSES – 3:45 – 4:45 pm
FRIDAY CLASSES – 3:45 – 4:45 pm
TUESDAY CLASSES – 3:45 – 4:45 pm
SUNDAY CLASSES – 9:15 – 10:15 am

Acceptance to these once a week sessions is dependent upon the availability of space; first come, first served.

*ABSENCES AND TARDINESS: GUIDELINES*
As we have a limited number of lessons per school year, Absences and Tardies are a matter of concern, and we ask all our parents to please make sure their children do not have a casual attitude towards absences and tardies. It would be a lack of basic courtesy to ask the teachers to condone students arriving late or missing lessons on a regular basis. Below are the guidelines regarding Absences and Tardiness:
• Late = if student arrives after the Opening Prayer
• 3 Lates / Tardies = 1 Absence
• For those in the Sacrament (First Holy Communion and Confirmation) classes, students with more than 3 absences may be disqualified from receiving the sacrament in May 2013. It is imperative that students in these groups do not miss classes as these are preparatory to receiving a Sacrament.

All our teachers are volunteers for this ministry, and each one devotes time to prepare for the lesson and teaches the students with dedication. We therefore ask for your consideration and cooperation in this matter, and we thank you for understanding that we also require the students to give them the same commitment.
