Fr. Baltazar Arnuco Obico, OFM, better known as Fr. Tasang was born on December 22, 1947 in Liliw, Laguna. He was ordained on December 6, 1975. He obtained his B.A. in Theology from the Our Lady of the Angels Seminary and his M.A. in Franciscan Studies from the St. Bonaventure University in New York, New York. Since his ordination, he has held positions as: pastor at the St. John the Baptist Parish, a formator in the KASAMA Urban Poor Formation community, a lecturer at the Franciscan Institute of Asia and a professor at the Our Lady of Angels Seminary Graduate School. Before coming over to Santuario de San Antonio Parish, he was Minister Provincial of the OFM Provincial House, SFDM, Quezon City, a position he had held from 2007 until 2013. He is now the Guardian in the SSAP Pastoral Team.
